General Info
- It is the occupants’ responsibility to provide their own lock and to make sure his/her unit is latched and locked securely. A high quality disc lock is recommended.
- A government issued photo ID (example: drivers license, passport, state ID) is required to rent a unit.
- Leases are month to month.
- Deposit of first months rent due at time of rental.
- Rent is due on or before the first of each month and is to be paid online.
- No cash allowed.
- Late fees will be applied on the 11th day of the month if rent has not been paid. Additionally, if rent is not received by the 11th day, your unit will be overlocked and access to your unit will be denied. A fee will be applied to unlock the unit.
- A 15-day notice is required to terminate your lease. Contact the office to give your move out notice.
- Units are accessible 24 hours via gate code.
- Occupant is responsible for providing insurance on their belongings in their storage unit.
- Upon vacating the unit, it is the occupants responsibility to make sure the unit is cleaned out
- Please allow 24-72 hours for snow removal from the driveways. The first three feet in front of the unit is your responsibility to clear.
- Occupant is responsible to notify the office of any changes to address, phone, emergency contact, and employment.
- Items not allowed in the units: Food or anything perishable, animals or living items, anything flammable, explosives, any hazardous materials or anything illegal in nature.
- Occupants are not permitted to live in the units.
- Owner has the right to update or change the Rules and Regulations at anytime. Occupants agree to abide by all posted Rules and Regulations.
